2021 Q3 Fall ‘Rediscovery’ Mix

Mystik 2021 Here is a quick sampling of a rough studio mix of some mostly new compositions since Summer 2021. A few were inspired by my recent Southwest tour with my brother Dave and studio sessions we had in Austin, TX. Some were also written after the Renegade Burn (nonBurn?) this year that was held on the Black Rock Desert despite no official organization or support. Sometimes into Ableton as multi-tracked arrangements, other times arranged on…

Exo: Into Starlight Mystik has started preliminary discussions with Superframe Media to contribute some musical inspiration and concept audio for a newly released game called Exo: Into Starlight, which was developed by a longtime friend and otherwise business collaborator on several previous projects, rockstar game, VR and 3D developer Greg Bowen. It's an exciting development and we've already offered up 4 tracks as potential inspiration or as material for consideration and future development, isolation of key sounds and orchestration of desired moments and layers of intensity. The game consists of an android explorer and drone assistant exploring various exoplanet environments. We're also excited…
